What are Pineranians?

This site is all about our Pinnys or Shamoozes and to not confuse you, they're Pineranians. 

The Pineranian breed is a hybrid type of dog. It is a cross between the Miniature Pinscher and the Pomeranian breeds. They are very easy to maintain as long as they acquired a short coat length. Not very fond with children or bigger dogs but they are well-behaved that they do never show aggression. They make wonderful watchdogs even if they are small in size since they will most likely bark in the slightest noise they hear.

COLOR

Pineranians usually come in Black/Brown colors but a more accurate color would come from their parents.

COAT

The Pineranian has a very soft coat with the traditional markings of a Miniature Pinscher.

PERSONNALITY

This breed is a well-behaved dog that does not show signs of aggression at all. They are playful, energetic and loyal to their masters. They do not like bigger dogs or children but with enough socialization they can co-exist with them. Not very suitable with smaller children, although they could make great watchdogs even with their small size because they like to bark when they hear noises.

CARE

The Pineranian breed will need minimal grooming unless they have acquired their coat length from their Pomeranian line. Their ancestor's breed should be looked up to as both have a number of health issues that should be watched out for.

TRAINING

The Pineranians are trainable but it needs a patient owner who is firm and consistent with training. They are very smart dogs who loves to please their owners. However, more patience is needed for housebreaking and obedience lessons.

ACTIVITY

This breed would need regular exercise everyday to keep them balanced. Being a small dog, they can burn their energy indoors but they still need to feed their natural instinct to sniff when they are outside.
